Indiana Tech has been recognized by BestColleges as having one of the nation\u2019s Best Online Bachelor\u2019s in Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

BestColleges is a college planning resources designed to help students find the best school for achieving their educational goals. It does so by conducting research and assembling rankings, which are intended to guide prospective students toward institutions that provide a quality education and a meaningful learning experience at an affordable cost. It also offers additional free college planning, financial aid and career resources.<\/p>\n

Indiana Tech\u2019s Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in entrepreneurial studies, was ranked 18th<\/sup>\u00a0out of 25 universities recognized. The program is led by Dr. Staci Lugar Brettin, associate professor of marketing and management at Indiana Tech.<\/p>\n

Dr. Lugar Brettin\u2019s\u00a0experience includes launching her own business, collaborating on the start-up and formation of new ventures and training entrepreneurs and business owners in business feasibility, start-up evaluation, business plan creation and entrepreneurial planning and growth. She is a member of the American Management Association and the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur entrepreneurial studies students are very fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable and passionate as Dr. Lugar Brettin leading our program,\u201d said Dr. Kathleen Watland, dean of Indiana Tech\u2019s College of Business. \u201cNot only does she work hard to collaborate with business faculty and other College of Business resources to enrich our students\u2019 experiences, she leverages the great connections she has in our community to give students additional ways to learn.\u201d<\/p>\n
