Transforming Culture.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Indiana Tech\u2019s Leveraging Engagement and Action in Diversity (L.E.A.D.) Executive Certificate provides professionals with the critical skills required to lead and transform an organization\u2019s culture. An executive leadership, application-based certificate for non-diversity practitioners, the program helps managers and executives become more effective in understanding, leading and implementing inclusive organizational practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The L.E.A.D. Executive Certificate program consists of a series of immersive courses created by diversity practitioners and educational leaders. Courses within the program are centered on three main focus areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dimensions of Diversity<\/strong>, which examines the subtle ways that a wide range of stereotypes can surface in a multicultural workplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Creating an Inclusive Environment<\/strong>, which shares best practices related to the evolving role of leaders as agents of change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Developing a Culture of Equity<\/strong>, which explores approaches to linking organizational strategy, culture and human resources with an emphasis on inclusive excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to develop an equity action plan and implement it within their own organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.indianatech.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/LEAD-Certificate-Flier.pdf\">Download PDF for more information<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Course Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The L.E.A.D. Executive Certificate is offered in person, and includes a total of six class sessions. Classes are grouped into three two-day immersive sessions, allowing in-depth instruction balanced to account for the busy schedules of managers and executives. To achieve the certificate, participants must attend all six class sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fall 2024 Program<\/strong><br>Wednesday, Oct. 9, and Thursday, Oct. 10<br>Wednesday, Nov. 20, and Thursday, Nov. 21<br>Wednesday, Dec. 18, and Thursday, Dec. 19<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-bright-blue-shade-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.indianatech.edu\/leadcertificate\/registration\/\">Enroll today<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$4,500 per participant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If three or more participants are sponsored by the same company, the price drops to $4,200 per participant.
