Indiana Tech and Siena Heights University (SHU) in Adrian, Michigan, have partnered to offer an articulation agreement that will benefit future global leaders. Starting immediately, graduates from Siena Heights University who have earned a master\u2019s in business administration, organizational leadership, higher education leadership or healthcare leadership are eligible for admission to Indiana Tech\u2019s Ph.D. in Global Leadership program<\/a> with between nine and 15 credit hours of earned credit. In addition, Siena Heights master\u2019s students who graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher can receive a merit scholarship worth 20% off the cost of Ph.D. tuition at Indiana Tech.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis new partnership with Siena Heights University will save students who wish to pursue a Ph.D. valuable time and money by helping them leverage the knowledge gained from their graduate program to achieve their educational goals faster,\u201d said Dr. Kevin Bottomley, assistant professor of Ph.D. and associate dean of the College of Business graduate and Ph.D. programs at Indiana Tech. \u201cThe master\u2019s in leadership programs at Siena Heights are an excellent match for taking the next step into the Ph.D. in Global Leadership at Indiana Tech. This partnership helps make that transition a seamless one.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dr. Angela Dunn, dean of graduate academics and digital education at Siena Heights , emphasizes the shared commitment of both institutions to provide accessible and affordable education geared towards preparing students for successful careers.<\/p>\n

“I am thankful for this strategic partnership with Indiana Tech. At SHU, our faculty are deeply devoted to delivering high-quality, student-centric, and engaging learning experiences. I appreciate that students can seamlessly continue their academic journey in Indiana Tech’s reputable Ph.D. in Global Leadership program, where faculty uphold parallel values.
