Indiana Tech\u2019s Supply Chain Management certificate is now available to students around the state through Indiana\u2019s Workforce Ready Grant, which is part of the state\u2019s Next Level Jobs program. The initiative provides state residents with free training in high-paying, in-demand industries like manufacturing, construction, health sciences, business, information technology and more.<\/p>\n
Qualifying students can have the entire cost of an undergraduate certificate from Indiana Tech covered by the grant. In addition to adding the new Indiana Tech Supply Chain Management certificate to the list of offerings covered by the Workforce Ready Grant, the State of Indiana also renewed its funding for the entire list of Indiana Tech certificate programs for state residents through the spring of 2022. Indiana Tech remains the only four-year university in Indiana to be approved for participation in the Workforce Ready Grant program. All of the university\u2019s undergraduate certificate programs are available online.<\/p>\n
The Supply Chain Management certificate provides students with the practical knowledge needed to operate and analyze successful global supply chains and logistics operations. Students will learn to evaluate and improve logistics networks, assess the efficiency and effectiveness of lean systems, develop programming models to optimize supply chain activities, and more. In addition to the certificate program, Indiana Tech also offers a bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain Management, with concentrations in Data Analytics and Quality Management available. The university is also developing a Supply Chain concentration to be offered as part of its existing MBA program.<\/p>\n
Supply Chain Management is one of several Indiana Tech undergraduate certificates in high-demand fields that allow students to improve their knowledge and skills, giving them a competitive edge and enabling them to advance in their careers. Each undergraduate certificate is comprised of six courses. Additional certificate programs at the university include:<\/p>\n

The undergraduate certificates offer students skills and training they need in order to prepare for the jobs of the future.\u201d<\/p>\n
Indiana Tech was first awarded $1 million in Workforce Ready Grant funding for the 2020-21 academic year, with additional funding now provided with the State of Indiana\u2019s renewal through spring 2022. To be eligible, applicants must<\/p>\n
Indiana Tech offers career-focused degree programs and certificates in a format designed to fit busy schedules. Accelerated six-week courses are offered online. Students can take one class at a time and make rapid progress toward certificate or degree completion.<\/p>\n
