2015-16 Intern of the Year

This year’s Intern of the Year is Miranda Hill. Miranda was a computer programming intern for Technology Solutions in Waterloo, Indiana. She has interned with this company for the past four years, and her supervisor says she brings a quality to her work that is missing in other programmers in the fact that she understands the technical side of programming and can relate this to non-technical-end users. Her programming skills have improved over the four years, and she is able to communicate with customers, as well as the other staff members. She amazes with a strong work ethic, working scheduled hours as well as asking for additional work. She shows up ready to do her best, so much so that Technology Solutions has offered her a full time job upon graduation this year. Sandy Proud, her supervisor, says Miranda has been an exemplary example of Indiana Tech’s training.
